A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project. The deposit confirms your booking and covers the initial work on your business plan. The remaining balance is due before the final deliverables are released.

You have to make all the payments using the methods specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

The final invoice will contain any changes that were mutually agreed upon or additional services requested during the project. Failure to pay the final invoice may result in a delay in delivery or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

Late payments might get you charged a specific percentage of the late fee that is applied monthly to the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing projects or refuse future services for clients with unpaid invoices.

The project timeline may be extended if you fail to provide the required information. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust delivery dates or charge additional fees for extended timelines.
